Launched in April 1999, the Maritime Research Center (MRC) is funded by honorary professor Chou H.P. (former dean of the College of Maritime Science and Management). MRC’s mission is to cooperate with affiliated units of College of Maritime Science and Management and other departments or programs of the university, and develop teaching and research resources’ integrated performance.
